The Aidan is extremely expressive with powerful aromas of cassis, clove, plum and blackberry. From this intriguingly dark nose this complex wine follows through with intense flavour concentration on the palate, presenting bold, yet polished, palate-gripping tannins that unwind into a lingering finish, demanding a sip more.
