A lighter-styled counterpart of the previous vintage, yet round and plush with ample richness and velvety in texture. This dark, crimson to the core offering modestly displays its beautiful bouquet of blackcurrant and mulberry on underlying floral notes of violet and restrained lavender. The intriguingly dense flavour concentration on the nose is again accentuated by elegant, supple tannins on the palate, and a lengthy, graceful finish brought about by a flawless, lively acidity. This well plotted wine is the epitome of delicacy and finesse, true to the personality it represents.
